  1. Do you supply the shirts or do I have to?
    We supply the blanks. If you prefer you can bring your own, our apologies but we no longer accept customer supplied garment orders. By supplying the shirt, we are able to offer you the lowest possible price for your screenprinting needs. We cannot guarantee printing on customer supplied garments and are not responsible to replace them in case something happens. There are many, many variables in the screen printing process that can wrong at any given time. By supplying the garment, we can easily replace any factory damaged or misprinted shirts.
  2. Why are the T-Shirt prices not listed?
    Prices are not listed because there are too many to list. The prices vary differently between brand, sizes and colors. We do, however, offer certain brands with base prices on our Rates page. Call us with the styles you are interested in and we will let you know what they go for.
  3. Can you ship my order to me?
    Yes, we do it all the time. We generally use UPS and what ever it costs us is what it will cost you. There is no mark up. If you are in the Phoenix-Metro area, we will most likely hand deliver your shirts for free.
  4. What is your turn around time?
    Generally our turn around it 7 to 10 days from time of payment, but some times we are extremely busy and require more time so be sure to not wait until the last minute to place you order.
  5. Do you require payment up front?
    We do ask for payment up front. This ensures the fastest turn-around times. However, we are flexible. Reach out to us and we can see what we can figure out what works best for you.
  6. Where are you located? Can I deliver artwork to the shop?
    We are located in Tempe near the intersections of Broadway & 48th Street. Unfortunately, we are not open to the public. This is how we keep our prices so low. If you need to deliver artwork or discuss your order in person, we are happy to arrange a meeting on your schedule and convenient location. We are able to handle 99% of our orders online, the customer just waits for delivery
  7. I have no art skills. How can I get my idea on a t-shirt?
    We have very accomplished graphic artists on hand to handle almost anything you think up, from simple type-setting to detailed four-color process illustration. If you are not sure about your art files, send us whatever you have and we will start there. Send art to: screenprint@azpx.net
  8. I only need 3 shirts. What is your minimum order?
    Screenprinting is a bulk printing process. We require a minimum of 24 shirts per design/per order. We are flexible in the quantity, hit us up and we can check out the scope of your project and see if we can facilitate. For very small orders and sample prints, we can offer Direct to Garment (DTG) printing that can print anything, even full-color photographs. Average cost per sample is starts at about $30ea+tax. We supply the garment. We will not do samples on customer supplied garments.
  9. How long do you hold on to my screens?
    We do not archive your screen but we do archive your film. We re-use our screens over and over for different jobs. Once you pay for a screen set-up, it’s a one-time fee. After that it’s a free set-up.
  10. Can I take the screen with me after the order is done?
    No. The screens are the property of AZPX and used over and over for many different jobs.
